Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (approx. 150g each)
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Juice of 1 orange (approx. 100ml)
  • 1 tsp grated orange zest
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, and chopped garlic until well combined.
  4. Generously brush the glaze over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake the fillets in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest briefly.
  7. Serve on a platter and drizzle with any remaining glaze. Garnish with fresh herbs or orange slices if desired.

Notes

You can prepare the glaze a few hours in advance and store it in the refrigerator. For a quicker option, cook the salmon in an air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes.
